Reflexology [See Definition Here]
In a science which deals with the principle that there are reflexes in the feet relative to each and every organ and all parts of the body. Stimulating these reflexes properly can help many health problems in a natural way - a type of preventative maintenance. Reflexology is a serious advance in the health field and should not be confused with massage.

Kinesiology [See Definition Here]
By testing the strength of certain muscles, one can determine the energy level of the body as a whole as well as that of specific organs. By strengthening that particular muscle one can improve the functioning of the corresponding organs. Broadly speaking, the purpose of kinesiology is to improve the energy levels of our bodies.

Accupressure
Chinese method of relieving pain.

Herbs
We offer a large variety of high quality herbs, supplements, & vitamins in our Online Store.

Iridology
Is a science based on the analysis of one of the most complicated tissue structures of the whole body, the iris of the eye.

Applied Physiology
This is an in depth application of kinesiology used a lot in the sports field to keep muscles functioning for peak performance. We work to release frozen or locked up muscles.

I would like to quote some information from my instructor, Rick Utt;

Perhaps we should back up and explain Applied Kinesiology. It is the science of checking muscles for imbalances which, if they exist, reflect disturbed energy patterns in the body.

Everything about our body is run by circuits of electrical current traveling back & forth between the brain and separate body parts.

The brain is the master control on the physical level for all aspects of functioning - digestion, walking, writing, learning, throwing, circulation, & breathing. If the circuits running from the brain to any part of the body are jammed or scrambled the messages don't get through. The result is confusion and this confusion makes the body vulnerable. How can the body do the smart thing for itself, maintain good health, if it isn't communicating properly with the brain? And how can the brain monitor the organs needs if the electrical circuits which ought to be carrying the messages from the bodies organs & muscles aren't working properly?

In Applied Physiology we work with the energy electrical circuits in your body. They may be so stressed out they may be frozen or locked up, like a phone off the hook so to speak.

Stress has a way of making the body and mind "hyper." This hyper state is usually what we identify as a reaction to stress. Then, as stress is endured, we wear down and experience exhaustion. This weakened state is described as "hypo." A muscle may become hypo, hypo-frozen, hyper, or hyper-frozen.

The body is like a very complex computer. The muscular system is just a part of it and many athletes have benefited greatly from this service.
